Refund policy

Overview

All products sold by Moment Press Co. are made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are subject to the terms outlined below.

Made-to-Order Products ( Custom Photo Magnets)

Products such as custom-made photo magnets are non-refundable. However, if there is an issue with your order due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will make it right. Resolutions may include:

  • Replacement

  • Repair

  • Partial or full refund (at our discretion)

 

What Qualifies for a Replacement or Refund

We will review and resolve issues that meet the following conditions:

 

  • Product arrives damaged during shipping

  • Product is defective due to a verified manufacturing error on our part

  • You receive the wrong item

  • The final product significantly differs from what was ordered due to our error


What Does NOT Qualify

The following situations are not eligible for refunds or replacements:

  • Incorrect photos, text, or design choices submitted by the customer

  • Low-resolution or poor-quality images provided by the customer

  • Minor variations in color, brightness, or finish due to screen differences or production processes

  • Slight cropping, alignment, or positioning differences

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after the order is placed

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

 

Product Variations

Due to the custom and production process, slight variations may occur:

  • Size may vary by approximately ±1/16" to ±1/8"

  • Minor differences in alignment, cropping, or positioning may occur

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen and printing differences

 These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

 

Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You have reviewed and approved all submitted content

  • You understand how your image or design may appear when printed

  • You accept minor variations inherent in custom production

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. To submit a claim, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery

  • Provide a description of the issue

  • Provide clear photo evidence showing the problem

Failure to report an issue within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

 

Shipping Issues

Moment Press Co. is responsible for ensuring your order arrives in acceptable condition. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer

We will assist in resolving carrier issues when possible.

 

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue may result in:

  • Denial of future service

  • Submission of supporting documentation to dispute the claim
