All custom orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Processing times are estimates and may vary based on order volume or demand.

  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped

  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination delays

 

Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions

  • High order volume

Moment Press Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed off to the carrier, Moment Press Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

We will assist in contacting the carrier when possible, but resolution is subject to the carrier’s policies.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Moment Press Co. is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect information

If you need to update your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.
